Our first product, The Book, a colorful encyclopedia on the rebuilding civilization, has raised $3.2 mln in pre-orders, then became a bestseller in several countries and has sold over 100,000+ copies worldwide. Many more unique book and non-book projects are on the way, and we are actively seeking talent!
We are now searching for the best Customer Support Manager to strengthen our team who is ready to assist our customers with any inquiries and enhance our brand with five-star reviews.
If you have experience in Customer Support Management, strong English skills, are systematic, enjoy interacting with people, handling inquiries, thrive in multitasking, and want to contribute to an exciting and cool product, welcome to the team.
This position is remote (you can work from anywhere in the world) and offers the opportunity to participate in the most interesting and exciting project.
Responsibilities:

Assist users in solving their issues via correspondence (problems with purchases, delivery, etc.);

Monitor and respond to user comments and reviews;

Promptly identify and address product downtimes and critical issues based on user feedback;
Requirements:
-
You are a soft skills guru;
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support;
-
High level of English proficiency;
-
Experience with task managers, CRM, Google Sheets;
-
Ability to organize information and present it in a clear manner;
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
-
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, patience, and resilience to handle a high volume of inquiries;
